The Problem
The website is facing a high bounce rate, indicating that visitors are leaving quickly without engaging further. Potential issues contributing to this include slow loading times, unclear design, irrelevant content, Users having 2 to 3 steps of clicks (longer touch point)from the landing page to view any property, and navigation difficulties.
Addressing these by improving speed, design, content relevance, and navigation can help reduce the bounce rate, increase engagement, and improve overall performance.

My Solution
We introduced several strategic features: a brochure download button for easy access to detailed property information, an instant contact button on product pages for immediate engagement, and a share feature to allow users to send property links to potential buyers. We also organized the blog content for better readability and added a search filter on the landing page to help users quickly find relevant listings, all contributing to a more seamless and conversion-friendly experience.
